Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use govern the conditions for the use of the Adonis Hotel Management System and related services provided by 3T Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. (Ataköy 7-8-9-10. Kısım Mah., Çobançeşme E-5 Yan Yol Cad. 22 /6 NEF22 Plaza F Blok D 45, Bakırköy / İstanbul - the "Service Provider").

The accommodation business using the Service and the users authorised on behalf of that business are subject to these terms. Starting to use the Service means that these terms have been accepted.

In the event of a conflict between this page and the Adonis SaaS Usage Agreement and Data Processing Protocol approved digitally at registration, the provisions of the signed agreement apply.

2. Description of the Service

Adonis is cloud based hotel management software covering reservations, front office, accommodation, folio, accounting, channel management, reporting and related modules. Depending on the package selected, the Service may also include additional modules such as restaurant management, identity notification integration, digital marketing and reputation management.

The Service Provider reserves the right to develop, update and modify the functions of the software. Changes that materially affect the user experience are announced in advance.

3. Accounts, Authorisation and User Responsibility

• User accounts are specific to the property; access rights are defined on a role basis by the property administrator.
• The property is responsible for the confidentiality of the account credentials and for the transactions carried out through the account.
• The user may not use the Service in breach of applicable legislation, in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties, or by methods that endanger the security of the system.
• The software may not be reverse engineered, no attempt may be made to access its source code, and it may not be copied or transferred to third parties.

4. Third Party Integrations

The user activates integrations with external services such as the channel manager, the e-invoice integrator, Law No. 5651 logging, Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram at their own discretion.

• Activating these integrations means that consent has been given to the mutual sharing of the relevant data with those platforms.
• For the Google and Meta integrations, access is limited to the authorisation granted by the property with its own account; that authorisation may be revoked at any time.
• The terms of use and the subscription fees of external platforms are the responsibility of the user.
• The Service Provider cannot be held liable for outages, policy changes or access restrictions occurring on external platforms.

5. Fees

Service fees are calculated on a monthly unit price per room according to the package selected. Current package contents and pricing are set out in the Market section of the application and in the sales agreement. The discount conditions defined for annual advance payments are stated in the agreement.

6. Service Continuity and Limitation of Liability

• The Service Provider takes reasonable technical measures to provide the service without interruption; data is backed up.
• Hardware failures, outages caused by internet infrastructure, force majeure events and disruptions arising from third party services fall outside the scope of liability.
• The total financial liability of the Service Provider is limited to the service fees paid by the user in the last 3 months.
• No liability is accepted for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of business claims.

7. Data Protection

With respect to guest data, the property acts as the data controller and the Service Provider as the data processor.

8. Termination of the Agreement and Return of Data

When the service relationship ends, the data is delivered in digital format within 30 days upon the request of the user. Following delivery, the data is deleted from the Adonis servers. Retention obligations arising from legislation (KBS notifications, logs under Law No. 5651, financial records) are reserved.

9. Legal Compliance

The software provides integration support for the requirements of the Identity Notification System (KBS) and of Law No. 5651. The property is responsible for fulfilling these obligations.

10. Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated. The current text is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication. Material changes are additionally announced.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute.
